Since 2009 is mainly acting as Business Angels , investing in about 30 start upand participating in Strategic comitees. Some of them being really successfull. Not only investor Jacques comitted himself in the organisation of Business Angels in France has President of provence Angels (Marseille) and now Co-President of France Angels , the French Federation of BA. He is trying with the Federation to foster and develop the number of active Business Angels in France and deploy efficient cooperation with VC’S to help scale up butnot forgetting the initial investors taking initial major risk!
